I think that might have a slower shutter speed because the picture is'nt cristal clear. I know that thats how reflections usually look, but not only does the reflection look blurry, but so does the building in the background. I would say that it has a lower apperture. The ISO is probably somewhere in the middle. The subject is the man in the reflection.
This picture has fast shutter speed because it's an action shot so to catch them looking still you need a faster shutter speed. The ISO is probably higher depending on if this is taking place indoors or oudoors. most likely this is indoor. The apperture is probably slightly higher than in the middle.
